Dear Aqua-Dry:

For as long as I've owned this house, there has been some kind of water problem in the basement. After heavy rains, rivulets would run, staining the walls and loosening the linoleum tile. Mold was also a concern.

I called a number of waterproofing contractors, but Aqua-Dry go the job for several reasons: the fact that they returned my query promptly, the professionalism and the knowledgeability of sales representative Denny Erdley, the assurance that they would return my finished basement to its original state (it actually turned out better) and the fair price.

When the day of the job arrived, I was impressed by the efficiency, courtesy and professionalism of the workers. They wrapped plastic around items which could not be moved, completely cleaned up their debris and completed the job in one day! The return of my basement and the bathroom which had needed torn out took several more days and I could not be more pleased with the results achieved by remodeler Ted Roberts.

The basement is now dry and rivulet free. I would recommend Aqua-Dry to anyone with wet basement problems.
