We wanted to thank you, AQUA-DRY, for the exceptional job you did in our house. We were scared the night we noticed the water damage and mold in our finished basement. Who would have thought that this would happen to us? We were pleasantly surprised to speak with your company the first time we tried to call, since it was late int the evening and nobody answered from the other companies we tried to reach. We are appreciative of the fact that both Jim and Denny came out to our house that very same evening and provided us with a thorough description of the damage and how the repairs would be done. We did not hesitate to sign the contract because we felt so comfortable that first night and we were confident that the company woiuld do a great job!

We are thankful for your fast and efficient service. Not only did you come out the very next week, but all of teh work was done in simply one day. It was unbelievable! The workers did a fantastic job, and most importantly to us, they were impeccably neat and clean. We virtually had no clean up afterwards!

We fought with our homeowners insurance company for coverage for the repair of the water damage to our basement. We did not succeed. The repairs done were not covered, which was disappointing. We were so happy though with the quality of the work done, and the fair price, that in the end we were both very pleased.

Thank you again AQUA-DRY for not only the exceptional job done but also for your courteous and friendly staff. You truly made an unpleasant situation a pleasnt experience.
