To Whom It May Concern:
On September 20, 1999, a crew from Aqua-Dry arrived at my house to waterproof my basement. The young men were courteous and very professional workers. With a large crew of men, they completed the work and cleaned up in over twelve hours. I was amazed when they told me that they would finish the job in one day.
Jim Jaskula, vice-president of Aqua-Dry, met with me on September 9, 1999, to discuss the project. He provided me with a vivid and complete overview of the work that was needed to make the basement waterproof. Our discussion and his presentation convinced me that Aqua-Dry would do an excellent job at a reasonable price.
Although the work created much dirt and dust, the work crew did a good job of protecting my home and furnishings. They used drop cloths and hung plastic over openings to restrict the spread of dust
Today I went to the basement to check for wet spots on the wall and floor and found no evidence of any water after three weeks with rainfall in each of the weeks.
Sincerely,
Doris Leibfreid
