Dear Jim,

For over five years we have been experiencing water problems in our basement. We thought the problem was going to be corrected last year by another contractor who installed French drains around the foundation of our house. Unfortunately, the problem was not corrected but was much worse.

When you visited us you assured us that you would restore our faith in contractors. Thankfully you were correct! Since you have completed the work we no longer have water in our basement. Now I don't mind going to the basement since I don't have to stand in water to my ankles to do the laundry.

We were also very impressed by the guys on your crew. They were very nice and did a good job of cleaning up after their work was completed.

Thanks so much for a job well done. It has been a pleasure doing business with you.
